All guests, visitors, and invitees must follow the Cheaha RV Park LLC Rules and any additional guidelines posted on-site or communicated by management. By staying at the park, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility for everyone in your party. 

All balances must be paid in full before check-in. Unpaid balances may be charged to any card on file. No refunds are given for bad weather, discomforts of nature, or early departure. 

Cancellations – Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $20 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your reservations carefully. Cancellations – NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

Guests use Cheaha RV Park LLC facilities at their own risk. The park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause, including nature, weather, or other guests. Guests agree to release and hold harmless Cheaha RV Park LLC, its owners, and employees from all claims of injury, death, or property damage arising from their stay. 

Guests are responsible for any damage to park property, equipment, or rental units. Rental units must be left clean and free of trash. A $125 cleaning fee applies if excessive cleaning is required. A minimum $250 fee applies for smoking in non-smoking units, unauthorized pets, or excessive mess. Damages such as broken furniture, lost keys, or remotes will be charged to the card on file. 

Pets are welcome but must be leashed or in a carrier at all times in public areas, supervised, and never left unattended at RV sites or cabins. All pets must be vaccinated and non-aggressive. Management reserves the right to remove pets that are disruptive, dangerous, or cause complaints. No refunds will be issued for early departure due to pet violations. 

Cheaha RV Park LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful. Harassment, hate speech, or mistreatment of staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Guests are responsible for the actions of all individuals in their party, including children and visitors. 

Guests are responsible for safely positioning their RVs or vehicles. If a park employee assists in guiding or directing a guest, Cheaha RV Park LLC is not liable for any damage that occurs during this assistance.

By entering the property, guests grant Cheaha RV Park LLC permission to use photos or videos taken on-site for promotional purposes. Guests must comply with all health, safety, and local regulations, including any public health requirements related to contagious illnesses. 

By staying at Cheaha RV Park LLC, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.
